HTTP — HIMTI Togetherness and Top Performance… one of HIMTI’s (IT Student’s  Community) project for welcoming the Freshmen. since it is for freshmen only, every freshmen only have one chance to participate. It is a daylong event. We was gathered on Anggrek campus parking lot in the morning of the event day. after that we went to event location. The event is separated into few session first one is showcase. In showcase HIMTI present lot of their ongoing project all of them is software project. The second session is talkshow.  the third session is another inaguration ceremony (as member of HIMTI), well… it wasn’t that formal… and the last session is the party…

7 o’clock… on room 721 Anggrek campus… the first lecture gonna be started… yup I missed it… since the online schedule on my student account got error (not just only me).

okay skip it aside… I attend the second day… and surprised that day was the second meeting. but I think it’s okay because the first day just the introduction. the second day is about how to make a good presentation…

another day another story… today, we have class on Syahdan campus. and we got lecture about our department. well we do have lot of major project during our study.  I thimk We could do it… no… We must be able to do it!!

other than that we are lectured how to do coding and designing our own game.. it is fun you know, for people like us at least…

There is plenty of day-off between general orientation and inauguration. During that time I was summoned back to my hometown. Well I can tell you about that later. To the point I was already know about where will the inauguration took place. the thinks I never now was how BIG was it… it was look like some big concert well… I don’t know how to describe it… but seriously… this university has everything prepared including live broadcast on Youtube helped by the Binus TV (university’s TV broadcasting club)

My standby period has passed… almost half month passed since I moved here… that time, I know no one… Live by myself in the sleepless city… I was a clueless man who choose the road of game makers… But now, everything is started… The orientation has stared… Meeting some new friend… The activity schedule had given today…

note: my GO class is really “gloomy” since there is no girls in my class XD

Yup… the first day… noting much I can remember… only when I met some my new friend (well because of the same hobby). also I started to knew some people from my class. I really glad that I have big change of being accepted.

Another Orientation… another new day… the first session make me understand what challenge I need to pass during my study and how I can overcome it… the second part… seriously this one.. err… a little bit too complex I think… Well at the end most of us have free time to play in the lab.

Today gonna be the student activity club’s showcase… well lot of clubs  caught my attention like Nippon Club, BNCC, BGDC, and Aikido… I will look forward to find out more about them. On second session everyone grouped by religion for introducing Student activity unit under Religion division. mine was exiting because our senior make a lot of interactive activity… the third session make me understand some term that commonly used in Binus… well that session rather boring but thanks to our BC (they have good sense of humor) it wasn’t too boring.

The last day… “Oh shoot I overslept!!” It was the first sentence of the day… I was almost late for today’s activity… Today’s activity was Student Activity Unit Expo. It was the times for us to apply which club will we join… well my top priority is Nippon Club, BNCC, BGDC, and Aikido.. I need to choose only two of them since It may bother too much my study performance… at the end I chose Nippon Club and BNCC (and later I dropped BNCC since it was too expensive to join the class) at the GO closing session every class should perform their own show… and followed by all BC.
